Medical travel can be daunting without someone to show you around and assist in your every need. We know how nice it is to have a friendly face to turn to, an ear that listens, and just someone you can count on no matter what you are doing and how you feel.
Our chaperones:
- Meet and greet our arriving customer at the airport and accompany to chosen hotel. Pre-arranged hotel reservation by Kind & Caring.
- Provide the client a cell phone with the personal contact number of your chaperone, doctors, dentists, hospital, and other agents in Thailand.
- Provide a half day introduction to Thailand/Bangkok and a get-acquainted stroll around your neighborhood – internet, coffee, restaurant, shopping.
- Accompany you to and from doctor consultation, exam, procedures and follow-up.
- Be at hospital/clinic when client returns to recovery room to ensure all is well and client is comfortable.
- Check on recuperating patient daily after procedure is performed until client’s release from hospital.
- Assist with planning and aid in tour and excursion arrangements.
- Provide information about local culture and customs of destination.
- Make sure all medical papers, results, x-rays, cd-rom, prescriptions and medications are in order for client’s return home.
- Assist and accompany client to the airport for departure.
- Assist customer with baggage check-in before departure.
And of course, keeping that smile on your face!
